Delivery

Most cushions are stock items but occasionally some items are in the process of being made due to low stock because of popular demand. All items are usually despatched within 3/4 days of clearance of funds.  If your order is likely to take longer we will contact you to advise you of an estimated despatch date.

If your cushions are required urgently then please contact us and we will make every effort to ensure they reach you on time.

For deliveries in the UK items will be sent via Royal Mail.  If items are urgent then we can send them by Next Day Special Delivery for an additonal charge. The price would depend on the weight of your item. Please ask for details.

For deliveries outisde the UK, items will be sent via Royal Mail Airmail. If a signature is required on delivery then items can be sent by International Signed For, there would be an additional charge of £5.00 for this service.

A proof of posting is always obtained and items are automatically insured for up to £38.00  For orders over this amount additional insurance is advised.  This is provided at low cost by Royal Mail and will be an optional extra in your shopping cart.

Returns and refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase and to come back to us time and again, secure in the knowledge that any problems will be dealt with quickly and politely.

We offer a 14 day return policy, so if you are not happy with the item you have purchased for any reason please let us know as soon as possible.  We will either offer an exchange or refund.  If there is a fault with the item the full amount will be refunded, if it is simply a change of mind then the postage wont be refunded, just the cost of the item.

• Please return the item unused and in the condition that it arrived with you
• Please return the item with its original packaging if possible
